One of my first Friday Lunch Restaurants. Mike and I got to know each other over rolling fresh pasta. Looking back, we made a slight miscalculation on how much we needed. 🙂
One of my favorite things to do is to spend time bouncing creative ways to execute dishes with the kitchen team. It’s not just playing – we swear.
A thing I enjoy bragging about is the fact that the food we make is a cooperation between community members. It was moving to see how the community came together to help Bill and Mike execute their Night Out dinner. Doug spent an entire afternoon making roughly two hundred of these scallop rangoons.
I enjoy sharing the kitchen – especially when it’s birthday cake makin’ time. Holly shared with us one of her favorite recipes – and then the cake.
Finally, I’d like to share some of my favorite pics of the staff I work with. These are some of the most caring co-workers one could ever have. At any moment, they would stop and answer any question while on boarding to being a post to lean on when I needed to relax.
